How to order products on the SHOWPOW website

You can place an order by following these steps:

  • Search for the desired product using the search bar or the categories at the top of the website.
  • Select a product from the search results.
  • Choose product options such as color, size, or model.
  • Choose an action: Add to cart 

Checkout process

  • After placing the order, review the product list and quantities.
  • Wait for the admin to contact you, or contact the admin at: LINE OFFICIAL to confirm the order and make the payment.

Editing the name, address, or shipping information

  • Shipping information cannot be changed after the order has been successfully placed.
  • If you need to change the shipping address, please contact the customer service admin.

Checking order status

  • You can check the status in the menu “My orders” with the following statuses:
    • Awaiting payment notification: Unpaid orders
    • “In progress: Paid, awaiting shipment
    • Shipped: Order delivered
    • Cancelled: Cancelled orders
    • Refund: Refund has been processed for the customer.

Order cancellation

  • If the status is “‘Awaiting payment notification’”
    • You can cancel it immediately by informing the customer service admin.
  • If the seller has already shipped the product
    • it cannot be cancelled.

Product purchase and payment

1. Select a product: Select the product and specify the quantity, then click the ‘Add to cart’ button.

2. Review Items: Check all the products in your cart to ensure they are correct before confirming.

3. Enter delivery information: Enter your name, address, and contact number for product delivery purposes.

4. Order confirmation: After placing your order, a QR code will appear. Please scan it to contact our admin, or wait for the admin to contact you back to confirm your order and proceed with payment.

Shipping fee for orders placed via website/phone

  • Orders of 2,000 baht or more FREE!! Delivery
  •  For orders under 2,000 baht, an additional shipping fee of 150 baht per order will be charged.

Service rates (calculated based on distance from Google Maps)

  • Distance 0–5 km: service fee 100 baht
  • Distance 6–10 km: service fee 150 baht
  • Distance 11–15 km: service fee 200 baht
