You can order products by following these simple steps:

2. Select a product from the search results.
3. Choose product options such as color, size, or model.
4. Choose an action: Add to cart

Detailed ordering process

1. Select a product: Specify the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.“

2. Check the list: Please check all items in your cart carefully before confirming.

3. Enter delivery information: Please fill in your name, address, and contact number for product delivery.

4. Order confirmation: After placing your order, a QR code will appear. Please scan it to contact the administrator, or wait for the administrator to contact you to confirm your order and proceed with payment.

Payment notification process

After completing your order and transferring the payment, please contact the administrator at... LINE OFFICIAL Please send the order confirmation slip to the admin to proceed with the shipping.

Correcting shipping information

The system cannot modify shipping information after the order has been completed. If you wish to change the address, please contact us. Please notify the service administrator as soon as possible.

Checking order status

You can check the status in the menu. “"My Orders"” The status has the following meaning:

• Awaiting payment notification: Unpaid orders
• “In progress: Payment has been received. The system is awaiting shipment.
• Shipped: You have received your order.
• Cancelled: Cancelled items
• Refund: The store has already processed the refund for the customer.

Order cancellation

• Status "Pending Payment Notification": You can inform the administrator to cancel the order immediately.
• If the seller has already shipped the item: Orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Shipping details for orders placed through the website or by phone:

• Clean the chain and sprockets. - Professional cleaning and maintenance.
• General car service/maintenance. — According to the shop's standard service rates.
• Call a technician urgently. — Contact the SHOWPOW technician team for on-site service.
