• First, xSystem2.0 will have a yellow sticker on the top edge of the box. • The sticker details the upgraded software and hardware, as well as increased injection rates, and is available in 6 languages. • We have switched to a new packaging format.

How xSystem2.0 Works: 1. Upon power-on, the accelerometer detects vibration. When movement is detected, the system begins operation according to the preset settings. There are 15 settings available, ranging from 10 seconds/drop to 360 seconds/drop. 2. The solenoid valve opens periodically according to the selected injection rate. Oil is then injected onto the rear sprocket. The valve opening time varies depending on the temperature sensing system, ensuring consistent oil injection rate control. 3. While oil is injected into the delivery line, air is drawn into the oil reservoir through the filler plug's vent, ensuring air pressure remains within the reservoir to prevent pressure buildup. 4. Finally, the oil is delivered directly to the rear sprocket, which then transmits it to the chain for complete lubrication.
• Activate by pressing the on/off button. The system will then automatically turn on and off upon vibration. • For priming, simply press the button on the top of the cylinder for a 3-minute priming period. You may need to repeat this two to three times to expel all air from the fuel line. • Adjust the injection rate using the button on the cylinder. • We recommend starting the injection rate at 60 seconds per drop (top LED in “middle” or “road”) and then adjusting from there as needed. • The system retains its settings when switched off, so it will operate at the same injection rate when switched back on. • You can switch off the system when transporting, repairing, or storing the vehicle during winter using the on/off button at the bottom of the cylinder. • Consumes only 2.3mA in sleep mode and a maximum of 270mA when operating. • In sleep mode, the system consumes only half the power of a clock. • No calibration is required before use. • The xSystem2.0 includes a built-in fuse protection.

What other differences are there in xSystem2.0?
There are two new parts: * Part 15 – Straight connector. This can be used in the supply line to replace an already installed check valve. * Part 18 – Primer pipe connector. This is necessary when using the priming system to create a seal between the oil bottle and the xSystem2.0 filler hole, as shown below. Note: The priming procedure has also changed and requires a 3-minute priming time.
