How does xSystem2.0 work?
1. When the device is turned on, the accelerometer detects vibrations. Upon detecting movement, the device begins operating according to the set parameters. There are 15 settings available, ranging from 10 seconds/drop to 360 seconds/drop.
2. The solenoid valve opens periodically according to the selected injection rate, allowing fuel to be injected to the rear sprocket. The valve opening time varies depending on the temperature sensing system, which consistently controls the fuel injection rate.
3. As oil is injected into the delivery line, air is drawn into the oil reservoir through the vent of the filler plug, ensuring that air pressure remains inside the cylinder to prevent pressure buildup.
4. Finally, the oil is delivered directly to the rear sprocket, where it is then transferred to the chain for perfect lubrication.
• Activate by pressing the on/off button. After that, the system will automatically turn on and off based on vibration.
• To prime, simply press the button on top of the cylinder for 3 minutes. You may need to repeat this two to three times to expel all air from the oil lines.
• The injection rate can be adjusted using the knob on the cylinder.
• We recommend starting the injection rate at 60 seconds per drop (the top LED in the “middle” or “road” range) and adjusting from there as needed.
• The system will retain the settings when the device is turned off, so it will operate at the original injection rate when used again.
• You can disable the system when transporting the vehicle, repairing it, or storing it during the winter, using the on/off button at the bottom of the cylinder.
• Consumes only 2.3mA in sleep mode and a maximum of 270mA when operating.
• In sleep mode, the system consumes only half the power of the watch.
• No calibration is required before use.
• xSystem2.0 includes a built-in fuse protection system.

What other differences are there in xSystem2.0?
There are two new parts:
* Part 15 – Straight connectors can be used in transmission lines to replace existing check valves.
* Part 18 – Prime Tubing Connection. This is necessary when using the priming system to create a seal between the oil bottle and the xSystem2.0 filler hole, as shown below. Note: The priming procedure has also changed and requires a 3-minute priming time.
