          Comp Moto Co., Ltd. distributes legally imported products. The product details displayed on the storefront are accurate and consistent with those provided by the manufacturer. Product images displayed are generally representative of the actual product, but slight variations in color or design may occur due to differences in display resolution on the customer's device.

1. Ordering Policy

  • Customers can purchase products through the website https://www.showpow.co.th/ 24 hours a day.
  • Customers can view details of each product on the website. Once satisfied with a product, they can select the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.“
  • Once the shopping process is complete, customers proceed to payment by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right corner of the website. After reviewing the items, click the "Order and Pay" button.“
  • Fill in your personal information and shipping address, then select your payment method and click the "Order" button.“

2. Payment Policy
The company provides the following payment methods for the convenience of customers:

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer.

3. Delivery Policy.

  • The company will ship the goods within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after receiving payment confirmation.
  • The shop uses Flash Express private courier service. Orders over 2,000 baht qualify for free shipping. Orders under 2,000 baht will incur a shipping fee of 150 baht per bill.

4. Return and Exchange Policy.        

  • Customers can request an exchange if the store sends the wrong model, wrong size, or if the product is damaged during shipping or manufacturing. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The store does not accept returns under any circumstances.          

5. Order cancellation.

  • Customers can only cancel items on the shopping cart page by removing the items from the cart. Once the customer clicks the "Checkout" button, the item cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
